The first step to build up the case story is to write briefly about the background of the company you have selected for the case study.

Next up is the solution that you came up with for the problems your client was facing. You must include the smallest of details. Your products and services that you provided need to be described in-depth to show their capability.

In the solution section, you can have:

  • How you approached the problem, your clients were facing
  • Things you considered before coming up with the solution (Analyzing overall business, pain points, etc.)
  • What was the solution you suggested?

Results (How they were able to overcome the problem- Resolution and Transformation)

In this section, show how your customer is the hero who conquers his challenges. In this final stage, write about the results obtained after your client implemented your product or solution. Make sure to quantify the results. You need to add factual data.

Here are some examples that you can choose from

  • Percentage of reduced cycle time
  • Percentage of increase in production
  • Percentage of increased output
  • How the delivery time was reduced (hours, days, months)

It’s essential to quantify the results so that you don’t sound vague and your prospects can get a clear idea of the results they will get if they choose to buy your product/service. 

Do not forget to add the client’s quotes and testimonials wherever possible. Also, try using pictures and videos of your products and the procedure you did for your client. These tiny details add a lot of value to your case-study. 

Your title should also contain a part of the result that your clients get after buying your product, such as “XYZ increased its productivity by 15% using Dijitale’s Digital Marketing Strategy Consultation“.

Note: Before publishing the final case-study, run it by the client to ensure that you have captured the data correctly. It will help to avoid any conflicts that might occur.
